Our 1 - on -1 youth boxing program focuses on individualized attention, building technical skills, discipline, and confidence. Each session is personally guided by USA BOXING CERTIFIED COACHES to meet your child's unique Goals.

Group Boxing Training

Groups of 2-8

Our Performance academy introduces young athletes to teamwork, discipline and the fundamentals of boxing through age specific instruction.

Group Rules

  • Session Duration: 30 - 60 minutes fro ages 6-13 years.
  • Coaches Discretion: Trainers/coaches may conculde early if needed due to behavior or health concerns.
  • extended sessions: Youth aged 16+ may train up to 90 minutes with coach and parental approval. 
  • for longer sessions please consult with your trainer.
